Program Development Lead

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in education.

  • Apart from being responsible for leading the review and redevelopment of curriculum-aligned programs, you will work closely with Sydney Learning Adventures to design and implement engaging experiences that bring history, archaeology, and cultural heritage to life for students and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep knowledge of the NSW and Australian curriculum, especially upcoming changes
  • Experience designing curriculum content in History, Geography, or HSIE
  • Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills
  • Teaching qualifications and classroom experience
  • Bonus: Experience with museums, heritage sites, or archaeological education
