Drive Strategic Growth as a Program Manager
Job DescriptionThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead the integration phase of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) with a focus on HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, managing communications, and change management efforts. You will partner closely with the Director, People M&A, to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design, ensuring a smooth transition for potential and incoming employees.
Responsibilities:- Support throughout the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, managing communications, and change management efforts
- Project manage various elements of the integration phase, including onboarding
- Collaborate with leadership on change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation
- Create and implement talent retention, leadership transition, and communication strategies for acquired companies
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness
- Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- 6+ years of progressive program management experience, with expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre- and post-merger integration
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives
- Highly collaborative skills, with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders
