We are seeking a skilled Senior Nursing and Midwifery Professional to join our Women's Outpatient Department. As an Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing/midwifery care to women and their babies.
Key Responsibilities- Support Shared Maternity Care program, working closely with General Practitioners (GPs) to ensure smooth program management.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, encourage active stakeholder involvement, and promote service evaluation and improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- At least 3 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse/Midwife.
- Demonstrated competence in relevant areas of nursing/midwifery practice, including leadership, management, and communication skills.
- A salary range of $100,343 to $107,279 per annum.
