We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our Nursing and Midwifery team at the Women's and Children's Health Network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services in various health settings, including hospitals and community-based programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the network's values and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing consumer/client and family-centered care.
- Knowledge and understanding of the role of the Registered General Nurse/Midwife within a healthcare setting.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $45,810-$62,510 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
