Strategic Planning Director Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Planning Director to lead our regional strategic and tactical planning efforts in APAC, with a focus on the Indian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective planning strategies across digital channels and campaigns to drive brand, digital, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive planning strategies across digital channels and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, and buying process across campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage campaign plans from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
  • Collaborate with key media vendors to develop innovative digital campaigns and solutions.
  • Drive test & learn programs to improve media effectiveness in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure best-in-class audience targeting and data relevance, actionable at a campaign activation level.
  • Analyze historical campaigns to integrate insights into future campaign development.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking new and improved planning approaches, partners, data sets, processes, and ways of working.
  • Mentor and manage one direct report.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a planning role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
