Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Development Strategist to support our operations at the Regional Council in Sydney, AU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and liaise with developers and staff as required.
  • Ensure compliance with development consent conditions and relevant statutes.
  • Prepare authoritative reports for Council Business Papers within specified deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Planning or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience within the planning industry, ideally in Local Government.
  • Excellent written, negotiation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of EPA, LGA 1993 and other applicable legislations.
