Executive Marketing Strategist

The role of Executive Marketing Strategist involves leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and client engagement across all segments in the Australian market.

  • Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to the Australian market, aligned with APAC-wide commercial goals.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), personas, and messaging in collaboration with commercial strategists and campaign managers.
  • Leverage demand generation initiatives across digital, content, and event channels to drive pipeline growth and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Support content creation as part of demand generation and campaign initiatives.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across APAC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic marketing and demand generation.
  • Event management and outreach.
  • Analytics and reporting.

Requirements for success include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, with a strong focus on the Australian market.
  • Exposure to or experience working within the broader Asian financial marketplace is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and end-to-end event execution.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
