We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to join our team. This is an administrative and hands-on focused role where you will be responsible for the effective and safe running of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage participants with complex care and high physical needs.
  • Support individuals to realise their full potential, make choices, and be in control of decisions affecting their lives.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for learning and career growth.
  • Work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support participants with medical needs and manual handling requirements.
  • Enable participants to shape and improve their lives.
  • Create opportunities, champion connections, and inspire partnerships of support.
  • As a support worker, you will be rewarded for your skills and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care.
  • Enjoy working in a family-friendly, supportive, and close-knit environment driven by strong values.
Requirements
  • Cert III or higher in Disability Services or 12 months of experience.
  • Preference given to candidates with SIL accommodation experience.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You).
  • Working with Children Check (for underage participants only).
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Car Insurance.
  • Reliable vehicle.
Additional Skills
  • Experience with Autism and complex behaviours.
  • Personal care experience.
  • Availability for sleep over shifts.
  • At least 1 year as a DSW in the NDIS sector.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
