Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Room Attendant.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Clean and replenish guest rooms to ensure a seamless stay for our guests.
  • Maintain pantries and equipment in clean working order.
  • Adhere to established systems and procedures as laid down by the Executive Housekeeper.
  • Engage positively with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with standards and meet guest requests.
Requirements:
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform duties efficiently.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
