Job Summary

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and generating new business opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.


About the Role
  • This is an entry-level position that involves working with multiple clients across various sectors, each with unique challenges.
  • You will work to develop and execute sales strategies, selling and upselling technology solutions to clients, while also helping them create and streamline their localisation strategies.
  • Key responsibilities include cold calling, networking, and representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • On-the-job training, ongoing support from your local manager and global teams, and opportunities to travel within ANZ for your clients are all part of this role.
  • Additionally, you will have access to annual global conferences and attend industry tradeshows.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are also critical.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) and a service-focused approach to delivering exceptional client experiences are required.
  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and colleagues is also key.
  • Embracing diversity and differing perspectives, while taking active measures to achieve results and solve problems, are core values of this role.
