The Role

This role at Rippling presents a unique opportunity - we're looking for a skilled and ambitious sales professional who can navigate a strategic sales process within the Singapore market.

This person will be responsible for establishing Rippling as a market leader across APAC, working closely with sales and cross-functional leadership to define and execute the company playbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling's Global capabilities
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
  • Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS markets selling B2B
  • Success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant growth and change
