Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance standards for personnel, vehicles and equipment accessing airside operations
  • Overseeing key aviation systems such as airside driver and vehicle control management system, guaranteeing performance, data integrity and user experience
  • Monitoring and enhancing aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights
  • Fostering collaboration among ground handlers, airlines and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations
  • Leading operational performance analysis and reporting, identifying areas for improvement
  • Negotiating SaaS vendor relationships and ensuring systems meet current and future business needs

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven expertise in licensing or access agreements in high-risk operational environments
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling and turnaround activities
  • ICAM Lead Investigator skills
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations and ICAO Annexes
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Report writing, performance monitoring and continuous improvement skills
