**Aviation Governance Expert Wanted**

We seek an experienced Aviation Governance professional to contribute to the success of our airport operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance standards are met across airside operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective access licensing strategies to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee aviation systems such as airside driver and vehicle control management system, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Drive improvement initiatives for aircraft turnaround processes using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safe and efficient operations.
  • Lead analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure systems meet current and future business needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities.
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes, and IATA IGOM.
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs.
