We are seeking a seasoned Aviation professional to drive governance, stakeholder accountability, and performance across critical airside operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage access licensing for airside operations to ensure compliance standards
  • Oversee key aviation systems such as airside driver and vehicle control management, ensuring performance, data integrity, and user experience
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes through data-driven insights
  • Drive stakeholder collaboration across ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to deliver safe and efficient operations
  • Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage SaaS vendor relationships and ensure systems meet current and future business needs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk, customer-focused operational environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities
  • ICAM Lead Investigator
  • IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations, ICAO Annexes, and IATA IGOM
  • Experience in Aviation Safety Management Systems and incident investigations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within complex operational settings
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements
  • Proficiency in report writing, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programs
