Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team as a Room Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

About You

  • You'll be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care services.
  • You'll observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.
  • You'll coach and supervise the room's Educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy.
  • You'll put safety first with everything that you do.
  • You'll ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current SA Working with Children Check.
