About the Role
- We're seeking a Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team, working collaboratively with Centre Leadership and Educational Leaders to drive educational programs and support staff growth.
- You'll be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our educational programs, as well as coaching and supervising room educators to deepen their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy.
- Safety is our top priority, and you'll ensure that all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
About You
- With a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), you possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- You hold a current SA Working with Children Check and are committed to ongoing professional development.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, you'll thrive in our supportive and inclusive work environment.
What We Offer
- An estimated annual salary of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
