Early Childhood Educator Opportunity for Growth

Located in a secure but convenient spot, close to local schools and shops, our 70-place early learning centre is an ideal place for educators to grow their careers. We cater for children aged six weeks to school-aged children, with four learning spaces at the centre - Nursery, Toddler and Preschool.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs that meet the individual needs of our children.
Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality educational programs, developing and maintaining relationships with children and families, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of AU$70,000 per annum, which is at least 5% above the award rate. In addition, you will receive:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current South Australian Working with Children Check
