About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced early childhood educator to join our team as a Senior Educator at our Melrose Park centre.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children aged 0-5 years.
You will be responsible for coaching and supervising room educators, observing and informing on educational programs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
You must also hold a current SA Working with Children Check and be able to demonstrate your ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
