Job Title: Proposal Specialist

The Proposal Specialist is responsible for assisting the proposal team in the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations.

  • Develop effective, concise and compelling content (proposals, presentations and submissions).
  • Contribute to the development of case studies, baseline documents, and creative elements for pursuits.
  • Write and compile proposals, ensuring that all required documentation is included in a timely manner.
  • Assist in planning, preparing and project managing publications to maximise brand promotion.
  • Prepare proposal templates and drafts, including typing, copying, printing, filing and delivery.
  • Conduct research on clients for proposals and bids.
  • Set up and maintain corporate CVs, project profiles and capability statements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent drafting, proofing and editing skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent personal skills, well-spoken and presentable.
  • A mature attitude, fast learner and proactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate initiative.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools would be desirable.
  • Proactive approach with keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well-spoken and presentable.
  • Ability to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
