Role Summary:

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and developing meaningful relationships with clients.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans that meet their goals.

You will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, conducting needs assessments, and identifying care plans that enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct on-boarding and needs assessments
  • Identify and implement care plans that meet client needs
  • Monitor and review client progress
  • Ensure client satisfaction and positive outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum Cert 3 Disability Services or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience providing superior client care and engagement
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Sound understanding of care plan management and review
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS
  • High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office
