Civil Project Engineers play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction process of civil engineering projects. We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill this critical position.

Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience in foundations, preferably in transmission lines or civil infrastructure. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure all relevant regulatory requirements are met.

The successful candidate must also have working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and implementation of same, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Develop and review civil engineering designs and calculations for transmission line foundations, towers, and associated structures
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications
  • Monitor subcontractors' performance and ensures the quality and standard of workmanship is in accordance with the specifications
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor site personnel to foster positive team dynamics, staff morale, and work outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, reports, and as-built records
