Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Intervention Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans to promote positive outcomes for clients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective strategies for support
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families to ensure successful implementation of behaviour intervention plans

About the Role:

  • Work in partnership with clients, families and professionals to deliver high-quality support services
  • Deliver individualised behaviour intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour intervention plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development and skill-building

Requirements:

  • NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (or willing to obtain)
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Degree in allied health or related area (preferred)
  • Current driver's license and working vehicle
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain)
