Behaviour Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Intervention Specialist to join our team.
- Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans to promote positive outcomes for clients with complex needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support services
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop effective strategies for support
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families to ensure successful implementation of behaviour intervention plans
About the Role:
- Work in partnership with clients, families and professionals to deliver high-quality support services
- Deliver individualised behaviour intervention plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour intervention plans and make adjustments as needed
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance professional development and skill-building
Requirements:
- NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (or willing to obtain)
- Full Australian work rights
- Degree in allied health or related area (preferred)
- Current driver's license and working vehicle
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain)
