Job Title:

A successful People Advisor is required to partner with a leading water and wastewater service provider in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders on human resources matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, and employee relations.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve complex HR risks and issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Represent the organization in external claims and disputes as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong background in coaching and advising leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of organisational and time management skills.
