Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Strategy and Operations Lead to drive our Finance Transformation Program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Finance Transformation Program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team, promoting adaptability and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver successful program outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • At least 8 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years driving transformational initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Whiteboard, Lucidchart.
  • Microsoft Dynamics expertise is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills across all formats.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, and able to earn the respect and trust of colleagues and stakeholders.
