Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in coordinating all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client campaign implementation, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, excellent service, and minimal errors.
- Spearhead meetings from commencement to conclusion, providing progress reports, frequent communications, and meeting with clients as needed.
- Develop strong relationships and direct lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign implementation and delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in campaign management/sales within radio, media, or similar industry.
- Experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets, and deliverables to a high standard.
- Outstanding relationship/stakeholder management skills, ability to navigate complexity, and manage multiple agendas.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
- A team player with the ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve results.
- $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers.'
