Employment Services Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Services Manager to lead and support a high-performing team in the Macarthur region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring others and driving performance, with experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.

About the Role
  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team under the guidance of the Service Manager, driving results and fostering growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services are desirable.
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions is essential.
  • Proven ability to meet key performance indicators and create client-focused employment and skills plans is required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends is advantageous.
  • A current driver's license is essential.
