We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Services Manager to lead and support a high-performing team in the Macarthur region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring others and driving performance, with experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
About the Role- Mentor and guide a high-performing team under the guidance of the Service Manager, driving results and fostering growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to deepen understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
- Translate program guidelines into high-quality, compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
- Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
- Build strong partnerships with employers and promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.
- Qualifications in Employment or Human Services are desirable.
- Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions is essential.
- Proven ability to meet key performance indicators and create client-focused employment and skills plans is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends is advantageous.
- A current driver's license is essential.
