**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Officer to join our team. As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional financial services and support to our clients.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate client data, preparing detailed reports and meeting materials, and assisting with a variety of financial planning projects.

This role involves acting as a trusted liaison with Centrelink, supporting clients through various application processes and ensuring their entitlements are effectively managed.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Manage and maintain client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare client reports, review packs and documentation for meetings
  • Assist with financial planning projects and contribute to the preparation of technical material
  • Liaise directly with clients, fund managers, insurance companies and registries to efficiently resolve queries and manage processes
  • Communicate and liaise with Centrelink on behalf of clients, including providing updates and assisting with a range of application types such as Age Pension, Carer Payment and Low Income Health Care Card
  • Strengthen and support client relationships through proactive service, clear communication and timely follow-up

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Strong client service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy

Previous experience in a client services role within financial planning or wealth management is desirable

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential
