Job Title: Community Support Liaison

    • Contribute to a growing team to raise awareness about the importance of community support.
  • Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Experience working as an NDIS Support Worker, focusing on both support and outreach activities.
  • Essential Skills and Certifications:
    • A strong commitment to meeting client needs and preferences.
    • 100 Points of Identification.
    • Valid Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle.
    • Car Insurance and Registration.
    • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
    • Police Check.
    • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
    • First Aid and CPR Certification.
    • Relevant experience in the disability sector, focusing on support work and outreach.
