Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Specialist

Findex is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Specialist to join our team. This role is a permanent part-time position working 30 hours per week, with flexible hours and location options between Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney.

The AR and Credit Control Specialist will be responsible for processing high volumes of receivables activity, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure. This includes managing collection processes to facilitate client payment within trade terms, as well as assisting with risk management of the Firm's debtor ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily receipting of direct credits, direct debits, BPAY, and bank reconciliations
  • Daily monitoring of the accounts receivable inbox
  • Responding to client debtor queries, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collecting outstanding payments, achieving monthly targets

Requirements:

  • Accounting or Finance related qualifications highly regarded
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable or a broad accounting related role
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
