Key Responsibilities:

The Credit Officer will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment from customers. This includes:

  • Outbound calls to customers to discuss outstanding invoices
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
  • Processing credit card payments, credit notes, and debtor write-offs
  • Issuing final notices and monthly reminders for account statements
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the Credit Officer will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a credit-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new databases and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
