Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer with a Passion for Excellence

Findex is a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm that is committed to delivering exceptional client service. As an Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 AUD, depending on experience. This is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or in our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Process high volumes of receivables activity from daily bank statements and direct debits, and ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
- Manage collection processes to facilitate client payment within trade terms, and assist with risk management of the Firm's debtor ledger.
- Daily receipting of direct credits, direct debits, BPAY, and bank reconciliations.
- Daily monitoring of the accounts receivable inbox, and responding to client debtor queries with excellent customer service.
- Accounting or Finance related qualifications are highly regarded.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable or within a broad accounting related role.
- Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
