Your role

We need a strategic Senior Go-To-Market Manager to lead go-to-market efforts within a cross-functional experience squad.

This role owns go-to-market activities, crafts positioning and value propositions, and lifecycle campaigns that support member engagement and growth.

You'll work closely with Product, Product Design Engineering and Partner Success to ensure key program experiences resonate with our members, driving member engagement, partner value, and commercial outcomes.

Key areas of accountability
  1. Define and lead the GTM strategy for your squad experiences and products, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and growth activities.
  2. Act as the marketing lead within your experience squad, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product development discussions.
  3. Leverage member data, market research, and competitor analysis to inform GTM planning.
  4. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
  5. Track and analyze campaign, member experience and product performance metrics to iterate and optimize marketing activities.
  6. Communicate marketing strategy and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and insight.
  7. Collaborate with other squads and central teams to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage shared learnings.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years in marketing, with a focus on GTM product, or growth marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience or the ability to mentor Junior and other Business Analysts where applicable.
  • Industry certification in Agile and Business Analysis (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, CBAP).
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer growth and engagement through targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Developed and executed GTM plans that successfully penetrated new markets, segments or drove change in customer behaviour.
  • Thrives in a complex and dynamic environment with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities and influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data and insights to inform GTM strategy development and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing strategy from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
