Key Account Growth Manager
Job Description:This role involves leading client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing customer relationships, proactively leading a member of the business development team, identifying and winning new key customer opportunities, cross-business engagement and collaboration, and delivering growth through strategic planning and negotiation.
About This Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage and build long-term relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes through effective negotiation and contract management
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 5 years' experience working in large local, state, and national government organisations
- Strong national B2B customer and sales experience
- Technical skills in delivering growth, business planning, and problem-solving
- Demonstrated success in high-change environments
- Expertise in operational excellence
