Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will work closely with the service teams and the Service Manager to provide technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations in line with company initiatives
- Performing equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites
- Installation and removal of all gaming equipment
- Investigating and resolving problems, including complex system faults, and performing repair work as required
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Strong technical competencies and computer skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to obtain relevant licenses
