Technical Support Specialist\

The role of a Technical Support Specialist is pivotal in providing exceptional technical assistance to customers, collaborating closely with service teams and the Service Manager. This position necessitates outstanding problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills, as well as robust interpersonal and communication skills.

\Main Responsibilities\
  • Customer & Technical Service:\
  • • Providing technical support to customers to surpass customer expectations;\
  • • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and resolving proper solutions;
\
  • Scheduling tasks, preventive maintenance (PM), and break-fix calls;\
  • Performing equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites;\
  • Installation and removal of all gaming equipment;\
  • Investigating and resolving problems, including complex system faults, and performing repair work as required;\
  • Routine Preventive Maintenance;
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Outstanding problem-solving and fault diagnostic skills;\
  • Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to work autonomously;\
