About the Role:
Intrax is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business to achieve its goals by providing expert advice on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice to people managers on guidelines, business rules, and employment legislation.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to source and secure strong, capable talent for Intrax.
- Coach and advise people managers on best practice performance management techniques.
- Provide advice on employee relations issues and support the resolution of workplace/employee relations issues.
- Work with the broader HR team to create and deliver people-related initiatives and interventions that support and enhance workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable HR Adviser or Coordinator experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment-related legislation and the ability to apply that knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
