MJD Recruitment is partnering with a leading national business to find an experienced HR Advisor for their Burnley office.



Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description


We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our client's team in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employee relations and industrial relations, as well as strong generalist skills. This role will involve conducting investigations, conciliations, and fair work matters, as well as providing support to the HR function.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
