Our client is seeking a Full-time Case Coaching specialist/ HR Advisor for an 18th month contract basis with potential to turn permanent. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a team that is passionate and is proud of what they do.

**About the role**:

- Conduct workplace research
- Provide assistance to management by way of employment legislation, industrial awards and agreements.
- Asses and resolve queries depending on complexity.
- Provide and support management with performance management matters.
- Provide assistance with best practice processed.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing HR generalist advice.
- Enterprise bargaining negotiations experience.
- Excellent engagement skills.
- Intermediate MS Office Skills, especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- A customer mind-set with an ability to engage with customers at all levels.
