Lead Customer Experience Team

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our customer experience team. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that our brand standards and food safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead team members on shift to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with customers
  • Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists according to company policies
  • Operate point-of-sale system and accurately process payments
  • Maintain proper food handling procedures
  • Stock and clean workstation and equipment
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products
Requirements:
  • Cash handling and customer service experience required
  • Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
