As a Solution Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market at our company, you will lead community-led demand generation initiatives for WorkJam's growth in the mid-market segment.
This role is ideal for a marketer with B2B SaaS experience and deep expertise in community engagement, content repurposing, and paid media.
Key responsibilities include:
- Community Engagement: Monitor and contribute to discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, G2, and other online communities
- Content Creation & Localisation: Create new content relevant to SME buyers and adapt global content to APAC context
- Go-to-Market Strategy Execution: Collaborate with product marketing to develop tailored go-to-market strategies for the SME segment
- SEO & Content Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the global marketing team on content strategies and create regional content supporting organic growth
- Paid Campaigns: Execute digital ads and campaigns aimed at SMEs
- Analytics & Reporting: Track UTMs, attribution, conversion rates, and performance metrics
- Review Platform Management: Oversee WorkJam's presence on G2 and other review platforms
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and positioning in the SME space
- Sales Collaboration: Work regularly with the APAC sales and business development team for leads
