We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team for 12 months to accelerate E1's growth by driving high impact, multi channel marketing campaigns.
As the Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of programs that build awareness, drive acquisition and reduce churn across our audiences of subcontractors, suppliers and builders.
You'll play a key role in diversifying our channels beyond Google Ads, scaling predictable pipeline growth and strengthening lifecycle conversion and retention.
About You
You have a proven track record of delivering measurable demand generation results in B2B SaaS or marketplace environments
You're fluent across channels like Google Ads, paid social, events and partnerships and you know how to optimise for ROI
You're commercially minded with CAC payback, pipeline contribution and customer LTV being second nature to you
You're hands on, proactive and comfortable introducing playbooks and systems in a lean team
You are humble, hungry and smart
You're a team player and want the business to succeed

You'll get $5,000 per year to put towards your professional development
You'll get $500 each year to design your own WFH set up
You'll get 5 days entrepreneurial leave per year, to work on your side projects and make them come to life
Paid Parental leave (16 week primary carer, 6 weeks secondary carer)
Volunteer leave
We partake in business wide activities on a Friday afternoon, every 7 weeks (think escape rooms, drawing classes, games afternoons, online trivia)
