We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative at Bord Products.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries, processing customer orders, and providing pricing estimates and formal quotes to current and new clients.
You will work closely with our manufacturing team to monitor and track current orders, assist customers in the showroom, and help manage sample order mailouts.
Additionally, you will assist customers, designers, and architects with product selection and perform general office administration tasks.
About YouWe are looking for someone with customer service and sales experience, who is motivated and engaged with solid communication skills.
You should be responsible, reliable, and dedicated, with the ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers.
A positive attitude, showing initiative and drive, is essential for this role.
If you are willing to learn and grow your skills in the timber veneer industry, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
