We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and developing managers into strong leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personalized training plans for studio managers, providing regular feedback and coaching sessions to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Create engaging training resources, including workshops, webinars, and online courses that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and retention rates in underperforming studios.
  • Partner with HQ teams to roll out growth initiatives, such as marketing campaigns and community events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in coaching or leading managers in the fitness industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&Ls, KPIs, and sales funnels.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Passion for helping managers and their teams succeed and grow professionally and personally.
Success Metrics:
  • Consistent achievement of revenue and membership growth by studio managers.
  • Retention rates above target across the network.
  • Thriving, confident managers leading engaged studio teams.
