- Exceptional leadership, mentoring and communication skills are necessary to inspire and motivate studio managers.
- A passion for helping managers and their teams achieve success is vital.
- Consistent revenue and membership growth among studio managers is a key indicator of success.
- Retention rates above target across the network demonstrate effective leadership and management.
