**Lead Coach Position**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced coach to lead our team of personal trainers. As a head trainer, you will be responsible for coaching high-energy sessions, mentoring and supporting your colleagues, and driving member engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach 25 high-quality group sessions per week
  • Mentor and support a team of trainers
  • Drive member engagement, retention, and performance
  • Represent and maintain the standards of our programming
  • Deliver regular movement coaching, form correction, and progression options
  • Assist with onboarding new members and creating a positive gym culture

Requirements:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (minimum)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Experience in coaching group training (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A true team player who leads with initiative and positivity
  • High attention to detail with a passion for coaching and improving others
