Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact campaigns that drive business results.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on campaign planning, execution, and analysis. You will be responsible for leading national marketing campaigns for major entertainment and sport programs, from strategy to creative execution.

You will also be responsible for driving campaign planning and alignment by participating in key meetings and ensuring cohesion across media and creative. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefs, deadlines, approvals, budgets, and agency coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Lead national marketing campaigns for major entertainment and sport programs
  • Drive campaign planning and alignment by participating in key meetings
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including briefs, deadlines, approvals, budgets, and agency coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to maximise audience reach, engagement, and campaign impact
  • Monitor performance, uncover insights, and support delivery of promos, events, and partnerships that resonate with audiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in consumer marketing, media or creative roles
  • Proven experience in evaluating and managing stakeholder expectations vs business benefits
  • Ability to multitask, managing many projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Formal qualifications in Marketing, Business or Media
