Marketing Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our high-performing team and help shape the future of our brand.

About The Role:

This position will lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage paid media, drive brand consistency, and create engaging content across digital platforms. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes, lead generation, and brand growth.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external assets
  • Manage paid advertising strategies with a focus on return on investment
  • Create and distribute digital content across social media, email, and website platforms
  • Oversee podcast and video production, managing pre- and post-shoot coordination
  • Plan and deliver investor-focused events, webinars, and activations

You will be a strategic thinker with hands-on capability and creative flair. You should have 4+ years' experience in digital marketing or campaign management, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in digital marketing or campaign management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools
  • Creative flair and ability to think strategically
