Job Role: Marketing Campaign Specialist

This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns that boost sales revenue and meet key objectives.

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will oversee digital content creation, website updates, and events to enhance brand awareness. Your focus will be on driving effective marketing communications, improving demand generation, and supporting business targets.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with the local sales and marketing teams to integrate communication into overall campaign strategies.
  • Supporting the execution of lead-generating programs and campaigns.
  • Assisting marketing managers with planning and executing marketing programs and events.
  • Managing event participation, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Liaising with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
  • Developing and maintaining an annual events calendar and researching new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency in event collateral and digital assets.
  • Coordinating promotions, communications, and branding aspects of events with marketing managers.
  • Providing support for budget analysis, reporting, and data interpretation for digital campaigns and events.
  • Delivering digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and increase website traffic.
  • Analyzing data from campaigns and web traffic to provide insights and inform improvements.
  • Offering web support for the local website, including creating landing pages and content aligned with corporate guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing and/or events roles.
  • Experience in coordinating events and trade shows.
  • Knowledge of web and analytical tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Motivation, self-sufficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drive and ability to work independently under own initiative.

Desirable Qualifications:
