Marketing Campaign Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Brand team, responsible for designing and delivering marketing campaigns that drive engagement and inspire customers.

This role involves project management, stakeholder influence, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing activities across digital and ATL channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and manage marketing plans alongside senior brand stakeholders.
  • Project manage brand campaigns, including budget planning and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal resources to develop and produce brand assets.
  • Deliver marketing activity across digital and ATL channels.
  • Rally internal teams to drive integrated marketing activity.
  • Measure and optimize activity against goals, working with research partners and web analytics.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in marketing or a related field is essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing within a fast-paced organization is required.
  • Experience in both digital and ATL marketing channels is necessary.
  • Agency experience is advantageous.
