Job Title: Property Portfolio Specialist

This is a crucial role where you'll ensure all legislative requirements are met, while providing professional customer service, guidance, and support to valued clients and suppliers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the designated contact point for properties under your care.
  • Providing unit owners with expert advice on legislation and compliance matters.
  • Responding promptly to client queries via phone and email.
  • Chairing and minuting meetings (held at properties, in the office, or virtually).
  • Developing and managing budgets for property-related expenses.
  • Arranging and overseeing property maintenance activities.
  • Handling insurance claims and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Coordinating correspondence with clients and maintenance service providers.
  • Following up on maintenance jobs and quotations received from service providers.
  • Assisting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements

We seek a candidate with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. While experience in body corporate management is beneficial, we are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right individual.
